Snow Cone Recipe
- 1/2 kl washed sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tang Litro Pack (any flavor, different colors for best design)
- Crushed Ice
Heat water and sugar. Let it simmer for a while. Mix until dissolved then add the Tang Litro Pack.
Stir again and simmer for one minute in low fire. Removed from stove and let it cool, then transfer in a tall
bottle (like Emperador
).
Assembly: Add snow ice in a 6 oz plastic cup. Pour 1/8 cup liquid syrup mixture.
Optional: Add evaporated milk on top and put toppings such as marshmallows or sprinkles.
Iced Banana
- 20 pcs banana slice (18 pcs per saba)
- 1/2 kl washed sugar
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 6 oz cup crushed ice
- Evap Milk
In a pan, add banana, sugar, and water. Cook in low fire. Cool.
Assembly: Add 6 pcs round slice of banana per 6 oz cup. Add 1 tbsp sugar syrup from the cooked banana. Add 1 tbsp milk.
Mais Con Yelo
- Canned Corn
- Evap Milk
- Sugar
- Crushed Ice
Assembly: Put ice is a 6 oz cup. Add 1/2 tbsp of corn. Use 1 tbsp evaporated milk and 1/2 tbsp sugar. If using 10 oz cup, use 1 tbsp corn, 1 1/2 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp sugar.
