Maya’s Fluffy and Tasty Banana Pancake Recipe

Are you looking for a way to use up some over ripe bananas that no one wants to eat no matter how much you convince them that it’s healthier? Try using it on a pancake.

Let me tell you a secret. You can actually have pancake no matter what time of the day. Don’t restrict yourself to just having it for breakfast!

Add some chocolate syrup or salted dulce de leche on your banana pancake and you’re all set!

 

Maya’s Fluffy and Tasty Banana Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix 200g
  • 2 piece medium–sized egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed (leave a few chunks)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, prepare pancake batter mixture according to the packaging instructions. Add mashed bananas. Do not overmix.
Heat up a lightly greased non-stick pan to medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter onto pre-heated pan, and let it cook until bubbly.
Flip the side of the pancake  and let it cook for another 30 seconds.
Transfer the pancake into a clean plate and repeat until all the pancake batter is cooked. Serve.
